Overview

Developed for the Toyota Mobility Foundation in Venice, this communication strategy coordinates five finalist teams competing to solve the city’s mobility challenges.

Drawing inspiration from Venice's iconic landmarks and cultural identity, the campaign transforms a functional QR code into an illustrated visual narrative. By pairing human, provocative copywriting with the illustration, the project breaks away from institutional rigidities to spark genuine curiosity and connection.

Defining the core priming strategy, creative concept, and shared visual guidelines, my role bridged the gap between global strategy and local engagement across all five competing campaigns.
